Keep Moving Forward
I've made this blog to try and motivate my selr towards my goals, motivate me to keep fit and to keep healthy. I live by 'good things come to those who work their arses off and never give up'. I've been a fitness junkie since I was about 13. One day my goal is to become a personal trainer. Although I do admit I need to concentrate more on what I eat, food is my problem but I'm currently on my way to change that. Thank you xo

No matter how long or fast you can run, no matter tall short, young, old, fat or stocky you are, if you run—you are a runner. A runner is made in the heart—not from your physical appearance or fitness level.
